Adam Paul Christian

Owner & Master Hairstylist

He/Him • Husband, Pet Dad, Harry Potter fan, Broadway Musical nerd, and Britney Spears connoisseur.

I began my journey in hair in 2011, but the path that led me here wasn’t a straight one. I was a late bloomer, originally enrolled in nursing school because it felt practical and familiar — something I was good at, even though my heart wasn’t fully in it.

One evening, my husband asked me a simple question that changed everything: “What is it that you’ve always wanted to do?” Without thinking, I blurted out the answer — hair.

Up until that moment, I hadn’t given myself full permission to explore what I truly wanted. I had kept it tucked away, held back by fear of judgment and expectations that weren’t really my own. Saying it out loud shifted something in me. It was the beginning of choosing myself.

Adam Paul Salon was born from that moment of self-trust. My goal has always been to create a space where people feel genuinely seen, welcomed, and free to express who they are — without pressure, without pretense. I believe beauty begins with truth, and when you feel safe to be yourself, confidence naturally follows.

My journey into hair began in 2000 with a simple moment that changed everything. I came home from my job at Claire’s one day, excitedly telling my mom about helping someone use hair clips. She laughed and said, “You’ve always fixed your friends’ hair… why don’t you go to school to be a hairstylist?”

It clicked instantly.

Since then, I’ve been grateful to experience so many facets of this industry — from working in award-winning salons to styling editorial hair for photo shoots and even meeting a few celebrities along the way. No matter where my career has taken me, education has always been a priority. I believe continuing to learn is what keeps our work inspired, relevant, and intentional.

What matters most to me, though, is the people who sit in my chair. My goal is for every guest to feel cared for — not just on the outside, but on the inside too. I want you to be able to leave the world at the door, take a breath, and know you’re in a safe, welcoming space where you’re truly seen.

When you leave my chair, I hope you feel refreshed, confident, and a little more like yourself.

I’ve been in the hair industry since 2015, and from the very beginning, my passion has been helping people feel confident in how they see themselves. Hair has always felt like a powerful form of self-expression to me — when it reflects who you truly are, everything shifts.

I work with all hair textures and love the creativity that comes with styling, color, and cutting. Whether we’re keeping things classic or trying something fun and bold, my goal is always to create a look that feels authentically you.

Outside of the salon, life revolves around my two beautiful boys. We love spending time outdoors together — camping, hiking, kayaking, and making memories in nature whenever we can.

I’m always excited to meet new faces and help you discover a style that supports your confidence, your lifestyle, and your individuality.

Ashlee Norris

Ashlee Norris

Stylist

She/Her • Blonde Specialist, Extension Artist, Traveler.

I’ve been in the hair industry since 2022, after graduating from Prosser in New Albany and Jeffersonville High School. From the very beginning, I’ve been drawn to how hair can change the way someone feels — more confident, more comfortable, and more themselves.

I specialize in blowouts, blondes, lived-in color, and extensions, and I love creating looks that feel effortless, polished, and easy to maintain. I’m passionate about healthy hair and thoughtful product choices.

When I’m not in the salon, I’m usually spending time with friends and family or traveling whenever I can. I love connecting with new people and creating an experience where you can relax, feel taken care of, and leave feeling your best.
